About Pudding Rock Books

Sara Eveland is an entrepreneur, chef and writer.   She gained much of her culinary experience in Seattle, Washington where she won multiple awards. She started the cookie company My Friends Cookies, recognized by the Seattle Times.  Sara is on the culinary team of Kin, Idaho's only James Beard Award winning restaurant.  She  is passionate about all things green and fuzzy…not mold, plants and animals!  Sara is a current member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators. 

Deanna Eveland is the owner of Pudding Rock Books, LLC, an artist and writer based in Meridian, Idaho. She is a native Idahoan and holds a BA from Boise State University. Deanna has participated in solo and group art shows and gallery events; and created public murals. Her work is displayed at the Dragonfly Gallery, Lava Hot Springs, Idaho.
